But back to Weinstein, the accusations are still coming:

Actress Natassia Malthe says Weinstein raped her after BAFTAs in London (news.sky.com).

“Natassia Malthe, who has been in about 50 films, told a news conference in New York that the disgraced film producer assaulted her in a London hotel on 10 February, 2008, while she was working as a spokeswoman for LG.”

Details involving “repeated pounding” on her hotel room door with Weinstein then entering, masturbating and implying she’d get a film role if she had sex with him before forcing himself on her regardless of answer.

And coming after actress Dominique Huett announced she is suing the film studio and accusing the movie mogul of sexual assault—bringing the total alleging misconduct to over 60—and with his honours now “actively considered” being removed in Blighty:

Harvey Weinstein faces losing CBE amid sexual assault allegations (bbc.co.uk).

“The removal of the honour is believed to be being ‘actively considered’ by the government’s Honours Forfeiture Committee for the first time. He was awarded an honorary CBE for outstanding contribution to the British film industry in 2004.”

Rose McGowan: “I will not be silenced anymore” (hollywood.com).

“On Friday (27Oct17), the actress took the stage at The Women’s Convention in Detroit, Michigan to give a rousing speech about her alleged experiences.”

Suggesting that what happened herself behind the scenes “happens to all of us in society and it cannot and it will not stand.”.

“It’s time to rise, it’s time to be brave in the face of unspeakable actions. From one monster we lock away to another.”

But her clarion call was too ambiguous in prescribed action for some:

LOW BLOW: Lindsay Lohan steps back into the spotlight at Antalya Film Festival after defending shamed Harvey Weinstein in bizarre Instagram rant (thesun.co.uk).

“Since her remarks about Weinstein came to light earlier this month, in a now deleted Instagram post, Lindsay had appeared to be laying low.”

Having “stunned her followers”—the majority of which purely “following” to daily chide about what she wears, and what has fell out with invariable tuckered reference to “cocaine being a helluva drug” with her “low blow” remarks which Current Bun headline refers and finds it their tabloid duty to inform having been:

“Linsday said: ‘Hi, this is Lindsay Lohan. I’m in Dubai, I’m home, and I feel very bad for Harvey Weinstein right now, I don’t think it’s right what’s going on.’ The video quickly changed to black and white and a halo emoji with Harvey written above it popped up on the screen.”

And:

“He’s never harmed me or did anything wrong to me. We’ve done several movies together, and so I think everyone needs to stop. I think it’s wrong. So stand up.”

With LiLo then deleting the “bizarre” Instagram and likely encouraged to chastening herself with some sort of Game of Thrones nude walk of shame for which the Current Bun have a photog ready so as to be able to puts tits back on Page 3.

Kevin Spacey

Updated 30th October 2017

And with it everyday becoming ever more reminiscent of Knacker’s Operation Yewtree (Wikipedia), the police investigation into sexual abuse allegations, predominantly the abuse of children, against the British media personality Jimmy Savile and others the UK:

Star Trek actor Anthony Rapp claims Kevin Spacey tried to seduce him when he was 14 as the House of Cards star says he “can’t remember” incident—but reveals he is now “living as a gay man” (dailymail.co.uk).

“Star Trek: Discovery actor Anthony Rapp [Lieutenant Stamets, Star Trek: Discovery] has sensationally accused Hollywood A-lister Kevin Spacey of inviting him to his Manhattan apartment when he was just 14 years old and making a ‘drunken’ sexual advance towards him. ”

Rapp saying he had come forward following the “dozens of sexual harassment and misconduct claims against Harvey Weinstein and others in the industry” and Spacey standing in social media courtroom dock on Twitter saying that he “didn’t remember it” but apologising that it “would have been deeply inappropriate drunken behavior” none the less and that there could be more “stories” about him to emerge.

Stating that “I choose now to live as a gay man” wanting to “deal honestly and openly” and start “examining my own behavior” drew ire from those who felt he’d aimed to change the focus, which only seemed to draw out more who now came forward hearing the cry to suggest his groping male talent as artistic director at the Old Vic theatre in London had gotten him a reputation as ”one to avoid”.

And Rose McGowan was buoyed by chance to “lock away another monster” with her #ROSEARMY, on social media at least:

“Actress Rose McGowan chimed in and tweeted: ‘Bye bye, Spacey goodbye, it’s your turn to cry, that’s why we’ve gotta say goodbye. #ROSEARMY’ ”
Rose McGowan: Bye bye, Spacey goodbye, it’s your turn to cry…

For some it seems it was not a case of “That’s How People Grow Up” and that a teenager in awe of an actor should have known better with blame the parents thrown in:

Morrissey: “Kevin Spacey needlessly attacked over claims” (msn.com/BANG Showbiz).

Telling German newspaper Der Spiegel that:

“Kevin Spacey was 26, the boy 14. In that case, you ask yourself where the parents of the boy were? You ask yourself whether the boy sensed what could happen. I don’t know how things are with you, but I have never been in situations like these in my youth. Never.”

Himself being too busy trying to get “Margaret [Thatcher] on the Guillotine” while waving bundles of gladiolas.

And back to Blighty where Metropolitan police have now given the operation a name to rival Yewtree as more women come forward to allege assaults:

Harvey Weinstein: Scotland Yard probes “sex assaults” on seven women (standard.co.uk).

“Detectives from the Met’s Child Abuse and Sexual Offences Command are investigating the allegations under the codename Operation Kaguyak, it emerged today.”

Kaguyak seemingly being a stratovolcano in Alaska narrowly beating for name of operation the Northumberland hamlet of Cocklaw.
