Depicting a boy with snow falling on him and a picture of a large metal bin with flames pouring from it and covering two walls, the inherent pictorial irony being that it is seemingly actually ash from the burning bin on one wall rather than snow falling on the delighted boy on the other as satire with the steelworks that thickens the air with black ash in the distance.

But with 20,000 people having visited the piece of commissioned public art spray painted on his garage walls and attempts made to vandalise or pinch bits of it soon finds owner confronting the full bulk of the white elephant he was gifted.
