Pick of the Week becomes Pick of the Month
The celebrity and entertainment squirt that is/was Pick of the Week shall finally become Pick of the Month with the next edition.
Partly because Latest Picks (formally Message Board) and Blog are merging to a degree but also since August last year Picks have often been of the fortnight or month rather than weekly due to family commitments.
Although I am extremely happy to do my grab-bag pick of the best illustration inspiring celebrity gossip, scandals, arts, entertainment, just plain quirky stories and picture sexiness, I have had to seriously prioritise things, not least to ensure I have time to draw and paint and continue to enjoy a very active life which strangely some seem to suspect is incompatible with doing anything online.
Admittedly, I overstreched myself a little with creation of various Digest blogs; originally intended to be a place to house resources and stories to which “link rot” had set in at the original Pick link made, I soon found I was preferring to cover seemingly as much as I could myself and, being keen to give “link love” to other sites, that had not been my intention and increasingly became something of a time sink. With regards to that, I would still prefer to give said link love to those perhaps starting out with a new celeb, entertainment or quirky stories site or blog, so if that is you, or something you may be considering, feel free to get in touch.
Pick of the Week Month? For sure, if you have a better change of title idea, please send it along, and the next Pick of… will be up soon.
