Whatever’s on my mind really.

A peek at illustration inspiring celebrity sexiness, quirky news stories from inherently pornified pop culture, tips, sketchbook and work in progress, reviews and other things of interest; whatever’s on my mind really—which more fool you if you ever take that seriously.

Latest Picks is a sort of mini-blog for daily thoughts and picks. Longer articles, stories & sketches are found in the full-size blog, where indeed Latest Picks are moved when updates to a story make it too large.

Note: Both Latest Picks and Blog are to be retired at the end of September, although both will remain available indefinitely as an archived part of the site. No further updates to past stories will be made.

Taylor kicked off her tour Tuesday night in Glendale, Arizona with a giant 30-ft cobra in tow … so, doesn’t look like she’s letting bygones be bygones.

Unsurprising considering it having been Kim that had called her a snake the concept of the Reputation album is based around TayTay’s transition into a songwriting serpentine lamia not letting “bygones be bygones”. Perhaps Kim, attempting to give apology and olive branch will give her public opportunity to sink fangs as original bête noire Katy Perry did with a mea culpa gift just before tour kicked off (Latest Picks 8th May 2018).

Regardless, reviews are good:

Why Taylor Swift’s ‘Reputation’ Tour is her finest yet (rollingstone.com).

She cleared most of the Reputation heavy hitters out of the way early, kicking off the show with the glitz blitz of “Ready For It?” and “I Did Something Bad.” “Gorgeous” built into into a medley of “Style,“ “Love Story” and “You Belong With Me”—one of the night’s rare dips back into her teen catalog. “Look What You Made Me Do,” the album’s least exciting track, really does work live—especially the moment on the video screen when Tiffany Haddish shows up to answer the phone and explain why the Old Taylor can’t come to the phone right now. (“Because she’s dead!”)
