Carter Cruise, a porn star with brains as well as a bangin’ body—by no means mutually exclusive—spoke to Sneaky magazine (sneakymag.com).
“Carter Cruise is a porn star with brains, who is as passionate about women’s sexuality and freedom as she is about having sex on camera. She’s just won a bunch of AVN and XBIZ awards over the past year, and we spoke to her about sex, the porn industry, freedom and having the balls to do what you want with your life.”
Is it just me that hate’s that phrase? Throughout my life I’ve known females with more conviction, courage, tenacity and wicked playfulness—or “balls”—than you could… shake your stick at, and yet to refer to that we have to relate those characteristics only to male anatomy. That said, I’ve also known one or two who do take full advantage of said anatomical feature when doing something other than gouging eyes in non-sporting Wing Chun—just not necessarily their own.
“I liked to read erotic stories and go on Wikipedia and just read about fetishes, BDSM, homosexuality. I was interested in it partly in a sexual way, but mostly just out of curiosity about what other people do in secret. I just wanted to understand them.”
On women realising how much power their sexuality has:
“That’s very true. But I have a huge problem with that too. A lot of girls have realized that power, and they use it. They have guys buy them things, and the use their sexual power to manipulate people. We either tell women to not be sexual at all, or tell them to use their sexuality to get what they want. All that does is make men resent women. I think women should take control of their sexuality, but I don’t think they should use it to manipulate.”
But then again, there are those, on social media and chatrooms especially who when told “no” for reasons which may or may not be as simple as the recipitant of their advance being younger or them not really being their type, subject to that resentment whether the expected, indeed insisted on sexuality with a relative stranger was manifest or not as a strategy of eternal mutually assured “cold war of the sexes” slight.
Alas, resentment also most manifest against those extraordinary divas with alluded self-confidence qualities assured to up the ante that I myself find highly intriguing and entertaining, but probably wouldn’t actually get along with living with despite having the most devout admiration for from a distance.
And so, Carter Cruise is this week’s porn star pick.
